Lovely modern apartment in a perfect central location. Everything was nice quality and the bathroom was spacious and felt very new. It's a small space and probably not the type of apartment I'd choose for a longer stay as I'd prefer more space/facilties, but it was perfect for a short trip when you're out and about but want somewhere nice to come back to.

Our host, Fabio was very friendly and incredibly helpful in every way. He made our stay so easy by providing parking, as well as meeting us so we knew where to park. The apartment is outstanding in just about all aspects. The owner went out of his way to support our stay. We arrived by train with a rental car pick up at the end of our stay for further travel. Le Casette di Viola is situated about 5 kms from the city center. We travelled into Arezzo via bus (bus stop about 90 seconds away), Cost 1.50 euros. Returning at night via taxi, cost around 15.50 euros. The comfort and luxurious aspects far outweigh any perceived inconvenience of the location. The apartment is well worth it!
