The place is very modern, it is self check in, you received a code to enter the premises and your room, that makes things very handy, we arrived at 1 am due to our flights and this helped a lot. The staff is very nice, breakfast is good but you do not have hot food. Sabina was great to guide us for activities to do! Super recommended!

Lorenzo is a great host. Very interesting person, always ready to help, reactive. Comfortable place, large room and bathroom, common space and terrace, quiet street. The view on Cagliari, Poetto and the bay is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.

We were afraid that the value for money would be poor, but thanks to Giulia, it was totally worth it! Giulia was attentive to all our needs and responded very professionally to all our requests, providing us with a true luxury service that justifies the high price. These were a really nice few days, it was clean and nicely furnished. The location was something we knew it will be so that’s perfect, but just so you know, there is no night live:) You can always get some food though and it’s really safe in my opinion. The people are the nicest ones I have ever met. Overall it was amazing.

    It is new, cozy, very clean and beautiful apartment with nice yard. You have everything you need to stay there. Also as for us it’s good location with a good park beside and handy public transport. But the main thing it’s host. Giovanni’s hospitality made our holiday at Sardegna unforgettable and very comfortable. And it’s not easy with 2 children😁 He helped us a lot. And had answers to all our questions. Also we really thankful for his help with car rent. Driving around the island was amazing experience.

    The hosts left a welcome gift for us on the table; they were always available and checked sometimes if everything was going well. We liked the attention into making this apartment comfortable. It was very clean and well equipped. Also, the location is at close distance from the main beach (5 mins by car).

    Excellent,spotless, fantastic location. Big supermarket and bus stop approx 160mts away. Antonio and crew very helpful and friendly. Everything available washing machine at a small charge,bicycles for hire too even an umbrella for beach at no charge. Safe secure and quiet. Highly recommend 👌
