Short walk from train station. Great location for town and sight seeing as well, plus very near eateries. Staff were very welcoming. Continental Breakfast suited us and there was plenty to choose from. Room was of a good size, so too the bathroom and shower. AC very welcoming. Valentino went the extra kilometer when my code on my lock wouldn't work; he came that night and cut off the lock! Thank you once again Valentino, a life saver.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and it exceeded my expectations. The room was enormous with a sitting area, dressing room, and large bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The staff was gracious and had helpful recommendations for dinner and things to do. The breakfast was wonderful, with a good selection of cold cuts and pastries, yogurt, cereal, etc. There was also an option to order eggs in many different styles. The location is perfectly situated in the old town, with all the mosaics and Dante exhibits withing walking distance.

The accommodation is very modern and well maintained. The staff are absolutely lovely and we had a very nice stay there. Dinner was very good in a lovely setting with helpful staff. Breakfast was quite possibly the best we've had in Italy, it was brilliant! I would have no hesitation recommending Albergo del Cuore for a stay in Ravenna.

Very central location. Helpful, communicative owner (Valentino) who spoke good English, allowed us an early check in and helped us with our car park payment. Very clean room, powerful air conditioning, free use of cold water and espresso machine. Fridge in room. Lift. The most comfortable accommodation of our holiday so far.

    Very good location, very close to the train station. The property is small and very quiet. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was small, but with a good shower. Everything was very clean. It’s possible to leave the luggage after check-out, which is convenient. Lucla is a very nice and helpful host. The price is indeed very good value for the quality.

We enjoyed a wonderful week of sightseeing, with every possible convenience nearby, even the tourist office.
