Our overall experience was fantastic. Location of the Hotel is great, however accessing the parking is not straightforward, but we recived proper instructions in advance. Great service, the staff were very kind and helpful! Definitely a recommended place to stay.

Everything. From the hosts (Francesca and her dad), everything went great and we felt so welcomed. The place was cleaned and ready before the check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. You can easily get everywhere using the train or ferry. Thank you, Francesca!

super convenient location with amazing view of lake como. <5 min walk to boat station which takes you easily to the other towns. manageable walk to train station which goes to milan centrale as well. host was very responsive to our needs before and during the stay as well, giving us advice on transportation and allowing us to leave our baggage after checkout time for our convenience.

    Perfect holiday location in small village with direct access to different small lakeside beaches. Spacious apartment with roof terrace and balcony. Overviews on the castle and the church and view on the lake. Two nice restaurants and a small grocery store that sells fresh bread in less than 100 meters.
