This is a rare case when the photos look worse than the real situation. The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped. There is a window in the bedroom. The parking is located directly opposite the entrance to the room. Check-in and check-out are self-service But the most important thing is the hotel's location. The town is situated on a hill, offering absolutely stunning views. Just a one-minute walk away, you’ll find a wonderful panoramic spot with benches and a breathtaking view. If you take a walk toward the town center, you’ll be able to enjoy a view in the opposite direction, where the sunsets are simply magnificent. Since we’re used to thinking of Puglia as mostly flat, it was a real surprise for me to see it from above — and it’s an incredible experience. The town is well-kept and comfortable, the town is elegant in its simplicity. I highly recommend visiting.

The owner was kind, available, and responded quickly. The apartment is new, modern, and comfortable. The beds were excellent. There are two bathrooms, a separate storage room with a washing machine. Great location, only a 5-minute walk to the Padre Pio sanctuary. We parked next to the building on a gravel lot. We had some minor issues with the heating (underfloor heating). At first, the owner said it was not possible to turn it on, even though it was listed in the apartment description, but the next day he personally came, showed us, and turned it on. (Note: San Giovanni Rotondo is at an elevation, it is often windy, and it can be chilly, especially in the evening). There was also an issue with opening the building entrance door, which works with a code, because several times the device did not accept the correct code. The process is to enter the given numbers and then the # sign at the end. The problem was that sometimes the # had to be pressed and held longer, and other times it was accepted immediately. Everything else was excellent. There were no unpleasant surprises. It’s great that there are two bathrooms. The apartment has a modern washing machine, a modern induction cooktop and television, large American-style windows, and a balcony. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent and well equipped (there was also plenty of toilet paper provided). The view is beautiful, with the sea in sight. We are very satisfied and highly recommend it.

The service of this family hotel was extraordinary. The owners are most kind and gentle. The personnel, the waiters, Roberto & Giuseppe have served us so well and have been very kind. The food of all meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner was wonderful! Our stay was absolutely pleasant! Everything, but very specially attention received by our receptionist Octavio. In second place and nearly as good, bed and pillows, also very much taken care of, which is appreciated to me as one of the most important things when you overnight. Completely new hotel. Silent. Adjustable AC to your exact wish. I would deem it kind as a swiss standard yet in southern Italy and for a particularly achievable price. Above all expectations.
