We truly loved our stay. The owners are very friendly and welcoming; to us and to our two dogs. They gave us an upgrade and it was a pity we could only stay one night. We had the best value for our money. The surroundings are also very nice .

What a great place to stay. A rustic style house set in a small holding of olive trees, flowers and vegetables. A relaxing location to return to after a day out exploring Tuscan towns villages, many of which were within a half hour drive from this great location. The view from the bedroom terrace is stunning. We tended to eat lunch out during our stay but some nights cooked an evening meal and ate out on the back terrace, the owners let us cut some of the rosemary, parsley and basil growing in the garden for cooking. Fabrizio gave us advice on sightseeing and told us about a park and ride tram stop called Villa Constanza when we visited Florence. Our hosts were great and friendly, didn't intrude but were there to help with any requests we had.

The property was exactly as described. Very new, very clean, complete! Parking was free but a few meters from the property. It wasn't a problem, maybe for someone with heavy luggage. Exceptional!!!

There are so many wonderful things here. Walking through the gate feels like entering a castle, and the owner is a very beautiful hairdresser, so the shampoo is always the best quality! The pillows are of the highest quality. The elegance comes from every small detail, and this room deserves a perfect 10 in every aspect. I would love to book another stay, but unfortunately, it's fully booked for the next two weeks on Booking!

The building has just been renovated, all the furnishings in the room were new. The room is tastefully decorated and very clean. All guests can use the common kitchen, which has a refrigerator and other necessary things for cooking and eating. You can park your car in a nearby parking lot for free. There is a restaurant right next door. Definitely a good choice for several nights to explore the surrounding area. To top it off, the accommodation facility has a very pleasant host.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa! It was absolutely beautiful and Giovanni and his mother were absolutely amazing hosts. Our friends left their wallet at time of checkout and Giovanni sent it to Canada free of charge. The location was perfect for driving to different areas of Tuscany, was sparkling clean and the the pool was fantastic! We highly recommend this Villa. Thank you Giovanni and your mom for such a wonderful stay!
