Great accommodation with perfect service! Extraordinary experience! Team of the hotel is highly skilled, greatly motivated and very friendly. They try to do great job and they do great job. The hotel is very comfortable, nice and clean. Breakfasts are rich and tasteful. The reastaurant is perfect and the cook has level of a michelin restaurant. Great location and an authentic alpine cabin. Our host was very helpful with recommendations and also available and keen to help when needed. We had two kids with us as well and the roll out beds were easy to use and put away.

We spend two nights in the apartment in winter. It is very cozy and warm, located in a very quiet place. Beds are comfy, the apartment was clean and nice. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets up to 10 minutes by car. There is small ski trace in Balbeno within 10 minutes by car and a lot of great ski spots in 30-60 minutes from the apartment. Staff was very nice and helpful, we had a very easy contactless check-in and check-out. I recommend this place.

The location is amazing, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pool is clean and warm and you can swim there up to 24:00. The rooms are charming, and the temperatures in Ledro didn’t exceed 30C so the lack of AC wasn’t an issue.
