Kristina at reception was helpful and friendly. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean. Breakfast was wonderfully authentic - you get a voucher for a hot drink, juice and pastry of your choice at the cafe situated in the same building as the hotel, get to mix in with the locals and have the kind of breakfast Italians would have. Loved that. Included in the booking is a voucher for sunbeds and a parasol at a beach (InDiga) in Sottomarina, which is well equiped (showers, restaurant, paid parking). Parking at a public parking garage is no problem at all, €12 for 24 hours, only 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

Excellent position for exploring Chioggia and Sottomarine. Really good breakfast with lots of choices and options to set you up for the day. Very helpful and responsive hosts who helped sort parking and a dinner reservation.

We liked everything about this place. Very nice location, however, we had to pay for the parking, but I guess it’s normal in Italy in high season that you can’t find parking lots. Breakfast was very good, even though there was not that much to choose from, everything was very delicious.

Great locasion, with tarasie on the roof, ideal for Glass wine in the evening or breakfast. Apartment is small but very well equiped. Contact with staff was ok, although they don't speak english, everything was translated via Google translator.
