The owner Fabio is a fantastic host, as well as all the other staf, everybody is friendly and helpful. The whole property is well maintained, nice swimming pool with beds and lots of tables outsite where you can sit. The place is near so many lovely cities (Assissi, Spello, Rasiglia etc). We (a couple of 54 and 52) absolutely loved our stay here so much that we extended twice.

    A beautifully appointed spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen in a quiet pastoral location, exactly what we expected. The owner of the apartment, Gianni, is very friendly and responded instantly to any request/question, as did his lovely lady Alice. We felt at home and this is not a figure of speech. It was also nice to receive a bottle of Italian wine as a compliment. I warmly recommend staying here to all travelers by car.

    Nice quiet place, lovely owner. The kids loved the dog Lila. Good swimming pool which although almost full booked felt like a private swimming pool. Good location to visit surrounding places like Assisi, Perugia and more.

    Domenico is a wonderful host, he contacted me way ahead of time, asked me what we wanted for breakfast, was of outmost warmth and hospitality. The house is huge and perfect for a family stay: a parking lot, a kitchen, 3 rooms, a huge living room and a nice kitchen, all worth it. The location is great if you want to visit Assisi, Perugia, Spello ecc, but prefer to stay in a countryside. Me and my two kids, we were really comfy and pleased with the whole stay! Thank you.
