The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help when we needed it. The location was great being close to a cute little town with some great restaurants that the staff were happy to help book with a 7/11 and a Lawsons within walking distance.

The hotel is very new, as well as all its amenities. Everything is high quality and thought through. The onsen is great to relax and unwind after the day on the slopes. The staff was super attentive and nice which elevated the experience even further. Breakfast is plentiful with a lot of choices. We haven’t tried the dinner there, because there are too many good options in Hirafu village. Overall, great experience.

Well designed recently built modern house, very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely views (but one cannot block light in mornings). Sauna was a bonus. Close to road and neighbours but peaceful and quiet.
