Oh my, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. We were greeted like royals from before we stepped inside. The views, the smells, the respect and the hospitality - it was all amazing. I ended up proposing to my girlfriend here, and we couldn't have chosen e better place for it. The private onsen was fantastic as well.

This hotel was very beautiful and relaxing. The drinks at the bar were delicious and so was our breakfast! The staff were friendly and accommodating to our English speaking. They even helped us make a reservation at a nearby restaurant and coordinated our transportation to and from the restaurant so that we were able to have a few drinks. It was a very special experience, especially because we were on our honeymoon! I’m so glad we stayed here.

This hotel was exceptional. So calm and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious especially the scrambled eggs. I was also very happy that the kitchen could cater to vegetarians. The staff were very attentive and couldn't have done more. The room was also great, nice bath and comfortable bed. Everything I needed was there. I can't wait to visit again.
