A really lovely guesthouse, super clean, friendly and with the most amazing balcony over the river. The couple who run it are lovely and the food in their restaurant is great. Can highly recommend. Would love to return.

Warm welcome and directly at the boat pier. Quiet with a great view to the river, especially on rhe upper floor. Each room with hammock outside to relax. Hot shower wirh good pressure. Bicycle cheap to rent, booking of transports and trips always possible. Owner lady has a restaurant 100 meters away and offers excellent food and drinks whole day. Thanks for a perfect 4 nights stay. This was the best stay I’ve had while traveling down through Laos from Luang Prabang. Totally recommend it to everyone! Alex and Leymon are super friendly. they even helped arrange a ride to Don Det and were quick to reply to messages before I arrived. Especially, Leymon’s Asian food was amazing, honestly as good as what I’ve had in the actual countries. Can’t wait to try it again! Between meals we played cards, chatted, and hung out with their dogs and cats—such a chill vibe. The room was clean and comfy, with a soft bed, towels, and shampoo. The shower has an open ceiling, so you might notice it when it rains, but it didn’t bother me at all. Loved the whole experience!

    Riverside wonderful location and very large room but moved over to Nongsak g/house since stayed 20 days and it was a lot cheaper. Kettle and coffee in rooms nice plus.

    Location right on the river was fabulous. A great sized verandah with furniture was ideal to watch the world go by, locals fishing and children playing in the river. Very close to places to eat The aircon worked well. Breakfast was simple but we enjoyed it at their restaurant 50m away. If the score was based solely on location and view - 10!

    The back bungalow (not on the riverside) was lovely and spacious, good value for the price. There is a nice terrace to hang out. Good bicycles for rent, for a cheap price. Really nice vegetarian options in their menu. We ended up staying for 10 nights :) location is very nice, a short walk/bicycle ride to the falls, the beach or Don Det.

    I liked the spacious room and bathroom (where the shower is hot with quite good pressure and NOT over the toilet which seems to be a Lao speciality!) The air conditioning was very much needed and welcome. I enjoyed the spacious communal balcony with chairs and hammock and the solidity of the structure. Great location near shops and restaurants and where the boats arrive. Great bikes for hire at a cheap price. Friendly, helpful owner and family.
