Great room. Beautiful beach. Friendly helpful staff.. sea was rough due to the weather ut still saw and swam with the turtles. No crowds and turtle just doing what turtles do. Fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay here, location is superb! You can swim with turtles at the beach. There are also sun beds for guests at the beach. Breakfast was good too :) the room was clean with hot water, perfect to shower after the sandy beach The hosts are super nice and even washed our laundry for free Next time we would stay longer. We loved Dikwella beach - really great for a family vacation. At night you can eat at different restaurants at the beach, walking distance from the hotel

The owners are so kind and lovely people. They do amazing breakfast and are soo helpful. The rooms are nice with hot water and aircondition is working well. I would come back any time.

The villa has 3 floors, one with a livingroom, kitchen, toilet and entry. The private garden has a pool which was really nice! We think it was much nicer than the pictures show. Comfortable bed in a room on the 2nd floor with excellent AC. It even has a large roof top area. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They served great breakfast every morning inside the villa that was enjoyed in privacy. The villa is just acoss the small road from the beach, really close. There are no other places that we are aware of with closer proximity to the beach. There are quite a lot of small beach bars at this side of the beach which provide nice sun beds with or without coverage from the sun. Just a 5 min walk from Kaas is the main street with food stores. Hiriketiya beach is a 15 min walk over a hill. You can fint good surfing here. Bars and restaurant mainly close at midnight. Not a lot that is happening after this hour.

This place is amazing!!! I recommend this with eyes closed. It had been my favourite hostel in my whole trip in Sri Lanka by far. The family that runs the hostel it’s so kind, so nice and helpful. The place is modern, super clean and beautiful. Also really good located, at 5 minutes from the beach and bar, coffees and restaurants. The room (I booked the share room) was big with clean and new linen and towels. It is full equipped with fan and lockers inside of the room and all the beds has their own plug and light. Also the breakfast was so good, tasty and with love. The owner and his family were amazing in all moments. Thank you very much, I leave complete satisfied and grateful.

Loved our 3 night stay here. Location is perfect, literally on the sand of the most beautiful beach. The room was clean, lovely styling and had everything you need for a beach vacay. You do wake up with the sun as the curtains are not heavy weight- but we love this on holiday!

Initially I was skeptical of the property because of how few reviews it had, but upon reaching the property I realised that was primarily due to the fact that this opened up for bookings less than a month ago! (Writing this in early Jan 2024). We had initially planned to stay at this property for about 5 days, but ended up staying for a total of 9 nights and 10 days. The room was spacious, the bathrooms clean and large with modern fittings, the balcony was a nice add-on, and Mr. Sasanthe the property owner went out of his way to enrich our stay. He helped us with the two wheeler rental, and because we caught some unexpected thunderstorms he even helped us out with his personal raincoats. Throughout our stay he was hands-on and always eager to assist in anyway possible to make our stay enjoyable. The property is a few minutes away from Hiriketiya beach and Dikwella town, and while it is on the main road, it is fairly quiet inside with none of the traffic noise being a problem. We would highly recommend this property, and we are looking forward to staying here on our next visit!

It was a great beautiful and quiet place. So we stay at first floor, and we got bedroom, Shower room, kitchen and living room. So it's enough place. And it was clean. Breakfast was great, big tasty and super fruit. Personal was kind and helpful. And if I got one more chance, Prasath, thank you for all your help, for showing all beautiful place near to serendip (on Google map), for finding and buying all Sri Lankan fruit. We really test all fruit on Sri Lanka . Someday we will return.
