very new and beautifull hotel, spacious and clean room, just few speps from the ocean, very friendly and helpful stuff. A bit far from the airport but stuff helped to arrange transfer to us in advance. Super nice place to stay for couple of nights and great beggining of the trip, highly reccomended!

Near beach, 100meter. Friendly personal, boss extremely flexible and helpful regarding our early arrival and late departure. Aircondition/fan/refrigerator working, which we have experienced don’t work properly other places, with higher star ranking than here. Wi-Fi working perfekt, also in whole pool area. This accommodation is very special and we felt like we were in an oasis of calm. The pool was perfect, the house is in a beautiful garden among coconut palms. The mini house is very well equipped for European style (we very much appreciated the separate shower). We really haven't found a single mistake. Too bad we only stayed one night, it was probably the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka for a month.
