We booked this on short notice 10 minutes before we arrived and were super happy that the owner is so flexible. The accommodation was super clean and really nice. It’s right at the beach and beside a great restaurant. Everything was clean and the host was really friendly. We felt comfortable and great to stay here. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place!! The perfect spot to relax . The room was new really comfortable and beautifully done the staff were helpful and kind. They have fresh seafood it all really yummy 😋. The best accommodation of my trip so far and was sad i couldn't stay longer!!

My family and I, a group of seven from Canada, recently had the pleasure of staying at Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. The houseboat we stayed on offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were not only spacious but also beautifully designed, making our stay incredibly relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was a culinary delight, with dishes that catered perfectly to our taste buds. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and flavor of the food consistently impressed us. During our stay, we enjoyed two cruises each day through the picturesque Bolgoda waterways. The early morning cruise was particularly breathtaking as we were greeted by the serene beauty of nature waking up. We spotted numerous birds and even got a glimpse of the stunning sunrise. The sunset cruise, on the other hand, provided a different yet equally mesmerizing experience as we sailed through the calm waters with the sky painted in shades of orange and pink. The entire experience was beyond our expectations, and if given the chance, we would gladly stay here 100 times over. Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda is a gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable stay

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

I had a really good stay at this villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and overall it felt like a great spot for a getaway. The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

    It was pretty spacious and clean. The house was magnificent, with all of the required amenities. The bedrooms had extremely lovely beds and clean bedding. It is near to the city yet in a quiet location. The hosts were exceptionally nice and responsive to our every need.

    It wasn't just a place to stay, it was an experience. A garden with lush greenery, tranquil vibes, and a host who was so welcoming. My room was simple but comfy, and price was really cheap for what my family got. Fresh air, mango trees, and evenings can be spent on the rooftop gazing at the colorful skies. Security system was also good. I highly recommend this place for vacations and homestays.

Your place well worth money spent and love the location. we really enjoyed cleanliness of the property and obviously relaxing in the evening in your roof-top pool with a glass of beer/Wine was something we cannot find for a similar budget/in a place like yours.
