We had such a great time. The hotel is very calm and clean. The pool is nice and there is everything you need and more. The breakfast was good! But the best was the sweet Sanjeewa who was ready to help with everything. He helped us with scooter, transport, breakfast and was always ready for a talk. Thank you for a really nice stay. We will recommend it to everyone!

Everything was just perfect! The villa was wel equipped and very clean. Father and sun were so nice and arranged everything we wanted (lagoon kanon trip, tuk tuk, breakfast, …). I truly recommend!! Thanks again for the nice stay!

New hotel, really very nice one, clean rooms, perfect shower, nice pool with towels, excellent staff (especially Momo), very helpful. Always willing to help, if you need more for breakfast, just ask;) They managed tuk-tuk for us, peeled fruit which we bought in the local market, also always willing to prepare sitting with glasses and ice cubes when having some own drinks. At the end they managed the transort by van to Mirissa when leaving. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel, strongly recommend. The best beach for swimming probably Tangalle Beach and Goyambokka with small nice local bars, seats and umbrellas for free when drinking and eating there.

The breakfast was basic but satisfying: an egg, toast, fresh fruit (delicious) and plentiful coffee. The WiFi was strong throughout the property, the room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were sweet and attentive. I would have loved to have stayed longer!

This place has the best location in Tangalle area. You can drive easily to Tangalle or Hiriketya or Dickwella and explore the beaches. The best beginners surfing beach is also really close - Kudawella. Our room was spacious, had really good and quiet AC, with nice balcony and kitchen area. Very clean, good shower and extremely nice host. There are several family restaurants nearby, we can really recommend The Boat Kitchen and Athena Seafood - great authentic food freshly made with really reasonable price (we were off-season). We came for one night but decided to stay 7 nights instead - because we felt good here and great place to stay. Not so turisty as Hiriketiya and everything is still so near by!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay – it truly is a dream destination. Every detail has been carefully taken care of by the owners, reflecting their dedication. What stands out the most is how they’ve managed to combine a sense of luxury with a laid-back, natural ambiance. It never felt overdone, but perfectly integrated with the surrounding nature, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The staff, both in the restaurant and in maintaining the property, were outstanding – attentive, professional, discrete and always smiling. It is in a very quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious, very clean, very well ventilated (the air is very clean, not like other accommodations in Sri Lanka). The garden is very beautiful and well maintained. The pool is chic and very clean, the water has a perfect temperature. The owners are very friendly and always willing to help you. They can cook you a delicious, fresh dinner, cooked on the spot, or they can organize various excursions in the area (safari, temple visit, kayaking on the lagoon, etc.). The breakfast is rich and very tasty, with fruit from the owners' garden. The atmosphere in the area is very quiet, there are not many tourists, you can meet locals which gives the place a truly authentic atmosphere.

    The house is pretty chill and literally, 2 min walking from the sand!! Perfect location The room was normal sized with a large bed, clean, comfy, basic amenities with a private bathroom so everything we could ask for. The family owning it is nice so for the cheap price, it is a fair deal. I recommend it :) plus the area is not very touristy

    Beautiful homestay and perfect location far away from crowded beach. The beach close to the homestay is beautiful with nice restaurants. I think it s cheap compare other part of tangalle. The cooking was perfect, very tasty, the better food we ate in SRi Lanka. The owner help you to make your plan, everything is easy with him and he know really well his country. Very charming place cool, relax and calm and very very very clean. No hesitation, book it !

    1. The beach just in front of the hotel is amazing! Very clean and beautiful. 2. Personnel was very kind and super helpful. Thanks a lot to everyone. 3.     this place is great. The hotel has nice rooms with balkony and it is very clean. The location is ideal, directly next to a beautiful and lonely beach. Also the station to see wild turtles is directly next to the hotel. The best part however is the friendly owners (two brothers) who make really every wish possible. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
