It is noticeable that apartment is for renting and in use, but hosts take the most keep it clean and all equipment operable. It is not a high season (winter) and my apartament and whole building was very nice heated giving comfortability feeling after being frozen to the marrow after longer walk (it is not so obvious in e.g. southern part of our continent). I respect that a lot. Host (Kristine) was responsive and kindly responded each asked question (although it was Sun afternoon).

A beautiful hotel with even more beautiful surroundings. I'm sad that we only came for one night, I'm looking forward to the next trip to Jurmala. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful beach, has an excellent breakfast, clean fully equipped rooms and a pleasant lobby bar. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try the spa, maybe next time. The conference rooms are nice and comfy.

We had a delightful stay at the Andrea Apartment. The vibrant neighbourhood with its numerous coffee shops, aqua park, supermarket, and nearby pharmacy made the location incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was a haven of cleanliness, adorned with charming decorations, creating a warm and homely ambiance. The host's friendliness and responsiveness enhanced our experience, ensuring a comfortable stay for our family of three. Host also showcased impressive tennis skills by playing tennis with our son. The surroundings are great for sports activities. Staying close to the beach was an added bonus. We will definitely return. Highly recommend this accommodation for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Immaculate and clean apartment. Warm underfloor heating in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway as you enter the flat made it feel very welcoming. Has everything you need. Kitchen with blenders, mixers etc. Living room cupboard with children toys, good linen. It felt like the owner is experienced in the hotel / hospitality industry and knows what guests need. Not to mention outstanding location with secure gated entrance.

    Very good location, on the central street of Jūrmala. We were staying in the ground floor apartment. Apartment is very spacious, sofa bed was ideal for 2 kids to sleep, lots of cushions to create bumpers around bed for safety. The beds in bedrooms were a bit narrow for 2 people. Luckily we had a luxury of a double bed for each adult, so everyone could sleep comfortably. The hostess was very friendly and fluent in English.

    The excellent choice for the budget traveler! Apartment is just great, very strategic location. Though it's a private apartment, I felt like in a hotel. So comfortable, and well equipped. Close to everything, very quiet and calm place. The hostess is nice, friendly, and helpful. The beach (and general surroundings) is so-so beautiful! Public transportation cheap and efficient.
