Honestly, I have a hard time understanding some of the reviews, unless changes have been made since then. The accommodation is super easy to find, well marked on Google Maps, and the instructions given by the host leave no room for doubt. The villa has everything you could possibly need, from kitchen facilities and utensils to hygiene products. It truly feels like being at home. The space is very private, the garden is beautiful, and the only thing you hear are the birds singing. Last but most importantly, Mr. Omar is an incredible person. I am grateful for all the moments and meals we shared — he was like a father to me. Of course, his presence is optional: he comes early in the morning for maintenance, and afterwards the space is entirely yours. In my case, I chose to have his company, since i was travelling alone , and without a doubt I will carry his friendship with me for the rest of my life.

Our host was very welcoming and helpful, showed us around their beautiful vegetable garden and farm animals, goats, ducks, geese, rabbits etc and two adorable cats. Delicious tea and meals from the garden served on the terrace (or indoors) watching the sunset and mountains.

Dar Tasmayoun is lovely. It is in a very quiet and peaceful area but only a 30/40 minute drive from busy Marrakech. The staff is friendly and helpful. Florence was very attentive to guests needs. the perfect host! We had dinner for the two nights we stayed and both were delicious. Breakfast is also abundant and marvellous. It was fun to be at a communal table and exchange chat with other guests. The house is very beautiful, well decorated and comfortable. The grounds are also pleasant to walk around and the pool is well set and a good size. I hope we get a chance to return for a longer stay :)

It was the best stay in Morocco. The hosts were super kind and welcoming. The food was excellent, especially thanks to the amazing woman in the kitchen who took such great care of us. We felt very safe in this beautiful place, which also has lots of friendly dogs. I highly recommend this property if you visit Marrakech. I have nothing to complain about.

Absolutely amazed .So pretty and peaceful. I will definitely highly recommend to all my friends and family. Staff security at the entrance of the villa was so helpful and kind .The security is far from the villa so we still have all our privacy . It was nice stay and we spent an amazing time there .
