Dar Danse is a beautiful and special place. We wanted a spot to switch off and relax for a few days, and this was perfect. Julianna, Mike, and their team made us feel at home right away and really took care of us. We loved the personal touch in everything. The food was delicious and always freshly made with local ingredients. Our room and the terrace were highlights—getting sun all day, perfect for yoga with an ocean view, reading, and enjoying Moroccan coffee. We also booked a Hammam and massage, which were so relaxing. We can’t recommend Dar Danse enough and hope to be back very soon!

It was very beautiful! We had everything we needed and a wonderfully quiet and calm space to relax after a big round trip through this beautiful country. The rooms and facility were perfectly clean and well built. We felt at home and well cared for. And the best Tajin we had in Morocco!

The Hosts were an absolute delight ! Always happy to help with a smile. The place is gorgeous, the amount of effort put into decoration and all the little details everywhere is astonishing. Wonderful setting in a quiet area between Val d'Argan and Essaouira. The place is a quiet oasis run by the owner and his team in a relaxed but attentive way. Breakfast by the pool or dinner... every need is catered for... plus there is secure parking on site. If you want to see Essaouira it is about 20 mins away and there is also secure paring in front of the souk. Make sure you also visit the winery in Val d'Argan - a very special place!

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the rooms were beautifully designed. Would definitely come back for a peaceful getaway.

The photos don’t do this hotel justice! The grounds are stunningly beautiful with gorgeous stonework and lovely flowers everywhere. Even a resident peacock! We were upgraded to a huge two bedroom ‘maison’ at check in which was fantastic with its own central courtyard. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. The range of foods at breakfast and dinner was good and the tagines at dinner time were delicious. The restaurant staff were great! We didn’t get a chance to try the spa unfortunately but the pool was lovely, the perfect temperature. We really enjoyed our stay!
