It is very clean and comfortable. The personnel are very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to the seaside, restaurants, cafes. Even though it is near seaside, it is very silent. We were in ocean side room. There is a balcony that are accessible to both rooms. The ocean view is not very wide but it is good. There is a closed parking lot.

The staff were a delight. They couldn't do enough for us. We were allowed to check in early and offered tea and biscuits while we waited for them to finish cleaning the room. They printed out a map of the city and the most important things to visit and explained what was worth visiting. The room was quaint and clean. Lovely tiles in the bathroom. The location and the breakfast were great. If we could give it more than a 10, we would. Exceptional value for money.

What can I say.. everything was just exceptional. But what I mostly loved is how the staff is so caring and attentive. Everyone makes sure the stay goes smoothly. From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was unforgettable. We booked without any reviews—took a leap of faith—and thank God we did, because what we found was far better than luck. A wonderful, clean, fully-equipped apartment. The accommodation reservation officer was very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, I did not ask for his name, but I thank him very much and I was happy to deal with him. The security officer was also polite. Honestly, it was a wonderful experience.
