Cheap hotels in Kendhoo

Location is perfect. So many private islands and sandbanks. It was perfect for snorkeling. We went snorkeling like everyday during our stay. Reef also very healthy and nice with so many fishes and corals. A special thanks to Husham for guiding us everywhere. We enjoyed our stay and the rooms was very clean and comfortable too. Will visit again soon.

Fasdheythere Inn offers nice rooms with good air-condition and high-speed wifi. The island is a nature paradise with amazing beaches, tall coconut palms, huge bouquet of flowers and green lush all around. On the snorkelling trip to nearby Island we were swimming with schools of fish and eagle rays. House reef is also amazing with many colourful fish, turtles, nursing- and black tip reef sharks and crystal-clear water. The edge of reef can be reached easily at any time. Snorkelling and watching fabulous living ocean at Kendhoo is unbelievable!!! Many thanks to Ajo, Siddu and the chef to make our holiday perfection.

This is a brand new hotel that ticks all the boxes! The staff is very friendly and helpful with setting up transfers and arranging excursions. The hotel has a gorgeous roof terrace with a stunning view of the sunset over the ocean. The rooms are very clean, modern, luxurious and built with exclusive materials. There is a restaurant just across the street of the hotel that serves the breakfast and also have lunch and dinner. The island is very quiet with only a few tourists. The bikini beach is located approx. 5 min walk from the hotel. If you want to, you can get a ride from the hotel staff. The hotel supplies sun beds and umbrellas. There is beautiful snorkelling on the house reef just by the beach. During my stay I saw both stingrays, sea turtles and sharks and of course a lot of different and colourful fish and corals. There are some local shops where you can buy some snacks and essentials. Bring cash, preferably MVR, but USD works as well! I really enjoyed my stay and I wish Mohamed and his team all the best with their new and beautiful hotel!

I want to start my review with gratitude to Inthi, his family and his assistants Dinidu and Pradhap, who helped me adapt and feel comfortable during my vacation on the island. I want to note that this place is not a resort, it is a place about solitude with nature, I was lucky to be the only guest on the island where I learned real zen and tranquility. Life on the island goes its own way, calm, measured, nice and gentle people, some people welcome you. The island is small, has everything you need for a quiet life, there are a couple of cafes, several shops, stock up on ruffs if you want to buy something outside the guesthouse. What about the Guest House itself, I was very pleasantly impressed by this place, qualitatively and tastefully designed and decorated. About my room, it was clean, it has everything you need, I liked the terrace place with a fountain on the third floor and there is also a dining area, I liked the breakfasts, dinners, there was always something to choose from, the room was always cleaned, great thanks for the bottled water, it would be hard without it in a heat weather. The beach area is spacious, the umbrella and the louse have already been waiting since the morning, there is a main entrance to the ocean and a shallower bay, I managed to meet in the ocean and sharks and turtles and other fish. Thank you Inthi for the kindly provided family evening barbecue, where I tried local perch, every evening I saw off beautiful sunsets. I was lucky with the weather, it had almost no rain all week and I enjoyed the sunny days. This was my first acquaintance with the Maldives and this island, I definitely want to go back, I will hope that they will be waiting for me there too.

Good location, very nice Beach, and very very good staff.

Having traveled extensively across the Maldives, I can confidently say that Bageecha Stay is the best guesthouse I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a place to stay—it felt like home, thanks to the incredible hospitality and warm atmosphere created by the host, Ismael, and his exceptional team. Ismael went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of the island, and genuine care for his guests made my stay unforgettable. Every meal was a masterpiece, combining fresh local ingredients with remarkable skill and creativity. From mouthwatering Maldivian delicacies to innovative international dishes, each bite was a treat. I can honestly say it was some of the best food I’ve had in the Maldives, and I looked forward to every meal during my stay. The guesthouse itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect balance of modern amenities and local charm. Its location on Dharavandhoo is ideal for exploring the stunning beauty of Baa Atoll, from its pristine beaches to the incredible underwater world of Hanifaru Bay. Bageecha Stay is a shining example of what guesthouses in the Maldives should strive to be. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, warm, and unforgettable Maldivian experience. We had such an incredible stay!!! The hotel was clean and the staff was attentive and helpful all the time. We went manta snorkelling most of the time. The beach in front of the hotel is also great to jump and have a swim with the snorkel. Great bed and good breakfast (we even had Maldivian food!!!). We'll come back for sure! Thank you very much for everything ❤️

The island is close to Dharavandhoo airport. Maahlos is a very charming little island with very friendly locals with a good balance of tourists to locals. The guesthouse is well located close to the beach and the island's central café, the Vaataru Café. The guesthouse is highly recommended and the owner looks after the guests in an almost family-like manner.

The host and all the staff were extremely helpful. They have provided all the information I asked for before the arrival and they have facilitated the snorkeling trips for us. When we left, they also wrote to us to make sure we have arrived ok to the new location. Lovely! The room was clean and big enough. The bathtub in the room was a big plus.

Fantastic people on the island! Mohammed took care of us from the second we came until we left: showed us the school where he’s the principal, made us dinner, took us to the local footballpitch to let us play with the local guys, even gave us a free photo shoot! Mohammed made our stay 10/10
