The island is close to Dharavandhoo airport. Maahlos is a very charming little island with very friendly locals with a good balance of tourists to locals. The guesthouse is well located close to the beach and the island's central café, the Vaataru Café. The guesthouse is highly recommended and the owner looks after the guests in an almost family-like manner.

we liked absolutely everything, very warm welcome, wonderful cook, wonderful Naeem, I apologize in advance if I wrote the name incorrectly. they helped with any issue. we remember our vacation with great joy. now, what does not apply to the hotel, the island is beautiful, the locals are very friendly, there are several restaurants, the ocean is amazing. on the last day dolphins swam, a lot of them. in general, delight!

I liked everything about this experience. Having traveled extensively across the Maldives, I can confidently say that Bageecha Stay is the best guesthouse I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a place to stay—it felt like home, thanks to the incredible hospitality and warm atmosphere created by the host, Ismael, and his exceptional team. Ismael went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of the island, and genuine care for his guests made my stay unforgettable. Whether organizing activities or sharing insights about local life, his passion for hospitality truly shone through. Every meal was a masterpiece, combining fresh local ingredients with remarkable skill and creativity. From mouthwatering Maldivian delicacies to innovative international dishes, each bite was a treat. I can honestly say it was some of the best food I’ve had in the Maldives, and I looked forward to every meal during my stay. We had the most amazing vacation at this beautiful hotel. Hotel is small and perfect for quiet getaway, we got a room overlooking the beach and the sea. Room itself is very big, spacious and comfortable, bed is soft and comfy, bathroom is really large and spacious with enough toiletries for duration of the stay, towels are changed regularly and the room is cleaned daily! There is kettle for tea/coffee and small fridge which is very convenient! Beach is amazing, 5 steps away from hotel with enough beach chairs and beautiful view. Staff at the hotel is amazing, literally everyone is so polite, welcoming, smiling and going out of their way to make your stay memorable, from housekeeping, restaurant staff to managment. Special thanks to Poky for arranging beautiful excursions with manta rays and sea turtles. There are only few restaurants on the island and we tried food in all of them but we loved the food at the hotel restaurant the most and ate there most of the time. Pick up with the boat, flight tickets for domestic flight, everything was arranged by hotel staff. There were only 2 or 3 other couples with us in the hotel at the time so we enjoyed full privacy and had the whole beach for ourselves throughout our journey. But the most amazing part of this hotel is in-house coral reef right in front of beach! We were so mesmerized with the amount of beautiful exotic fish and sea life which can keep you occupied for hours and hours if you like snorkeling and exploring. Except thousands of different fish species we also encountered sting rays, sea turtles, sharks etc… on a daily basis. It’s more interesting than any national geographic documentary movie. So this place is absolutely perfect for relaxing holiday at exotic location, we would recommend it to anyone and would be the most happy to come back again! One week was not enough for our stay!

The host and all the staff were extremely helpful. They have provided all the information I asked for before the arrival and they have facilitated the snorkeling trips for us. When we left, they also wrote to us to make sure we have arrived ok to the new location. Lovely! The room was clean and big enough. The bathtub in the room was a big plus.

Kihaa Holiday Home offers cozy rooms with most comfy beds, fine interior design, good air-condition, fancy big bathroom with daylight and high-speed wifi! It is a nature paradise with amazing jungle-like forest, tall coconut palms, huge bouquet of flowers and green lush all around. On the snorkelling trip to Hanifaruah Bay we were swimming with hundreds of mantas, and on the way back we were accompanied by dolphins! House reef is also amazing with millions of colorful fish, turtles, nursing- and black tip reef sharks and crystal-clear water. The edge of reef can be reached easily at any time. Snorkelling and watching fabulous living ocean at Kihaadhoo is unbelievable!!! Many thanks to Mr. Zubair to make our holiday perfection.

The staff here is amazing! As we arrived we felt very welcome and also during our stay the staff is always happy to have a chat. The excursions are the best part. Also dinner on the beach, candle light, no music just the sound of the ocean: truly unforgettable. The food is also very good.
