The location was great as it was near the bus station and an easy walk into the old town. The price was very good considering you get a room on your own. I did not use the kitchen but it looked more than capable. The roof top has very nice views over the city. The shower had hot water, which you may appreciate at this altitude. As a tip, take the tour to Sumidero Canyon as opposed to doing it on your own. I did it on my own and it ended up costing 500MXP with the tickets and the collectivo, tour is slightly more expensive.

Everything about this stay was amazing -- its quiet location in the forest just outside of the town's centre, near the eco-park El Encuentro, the house that has all the perks and comforts of a home, and above all Fernando's lovely attention to detail and his legendary breakfasts that have already become one of the signatures of this place.
