Apartments with a wonderful view of the mountains. it left the biggest impression. The terrace is quite large. The rooms are authentic. Since we were with a family, two people had to sleep on the floor because there is only one bed. The kitchen had everything you need. Very nice apartments.

Real, not fake hospitality, enthusiastic, well trained staff, very professional and fast service, professional advice, very good contact with waiters, villa host and reception, stunning mountains and canyon views, fabulous heated swimming pool in villa, no single incident during stay. Total privacy respected by all staff is the hotel highest priority. Very interesting architecture designed to make guests happy. Very good signage of all places, easy to find any. Electric carts for those, who do not want to walk. Hotel is very expensive, but not overpriced, Perfect meals both served to room and in well designed restaurants, very tasty with unique combination of local flavors and ingredients, superb sweets and ice cream, fantastic fruit plates and generous information from staff about each meal. Location in the city is very convenient for those, who want to make small shopping, or use ATM, access within few minutes walk. All in all fantastic, relaxing, comfortable stay. Even unusual guest wishes fulfilled as far as possible. My rating is higher than 5 stars and I can recommend this hotel to everybody, who wants highest quality service and stay. I believe, that this Anantara hotel can be compared with level of Six Senses hotels.

The room was light, clean, spacious and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and everyone was very friendly. Great facilities, there was a shared kitchen and Dining area on the rooftop. It was great to be able to self-cater. This room is part of a museum/cafe complex in a renovated traditional house surrounded by narrow quaint alleyways and cobblestone streets in an old village. The views from the room windows and rooftop are incredible. You can walk the Three Villages Walk from this place.

The breathtaking views and serene surroundings provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the chalet. It was evident that the team takes great pride in maintaining high standards. The facilities were fantastic. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience.     The best location in the area. There's a heat controlled pool (but make sure to inform them about the pool as they might have turned off the heat in the low-season) . Great respectful and fast staff. Very beautiful room with a nice balcony. It was very clean. The water had great pressure.

    The location..the ambience..the welcoming and smiling reception staff. It was easy to reach. There were good viewing points and a good tower for watching the heavenly sunrise and sunset. The heater mode was on in the room and that was very thoughtful in this cold weather.the chalet was spacious..well appointed and had all basic amenities
