The location is in a wonderful position, it is absolutly a magic experiance spend time here. Every where around you has an amazing energy. Rooms are perfectly clean with all the comfort. Foods really deliciouse Staff professional and really gentle . Excellent place, views to village and mountains around, spaceous hotel and room. Great hospitality! The owner kindly picked us up from downhill (we didnt have strong car to ride those steady hills). After our stay they drove us back downhill to our car. Great staff! The cook and waiter were excellent! Wish you all the best at the hotel! We would like to come back in a few years to see how the hotel and staff is doing. Really charming place.

Super new hotel with a fantastic view right from bed (you could see the sunrise). The owner and his worker Ram are both really friendly and helpful with everything you need. We had breakfast and dinner there, which were both nice. Being 2 minutes away from the balcony track was also a plus. The surrounding area seems still being authentic and the only thing you hear are goats and sheep.

Great place. Calm, comfortable, modern in the midst of the beautiful nature of the surroundings, and also near to the restaurant street of Al-Hamra. Excellent location to reach all the main attractions of this area of Oman (Jebel Shams, Nizwa, Bahla, etc.). And the best for the last, Ahmed (an his friends), a true example of arabian warmth and heartful hospitality.

This place is a little gem, a lucky last minute find. The location is wonderful, right amongst the palms with a beautiful outlook and only a few minutes walk through to the old village. In addition to nicely appointed bedroom and bathroom for a very affordable price, there are several outdoor lounging areas with elevated views over the fields. Hamza was a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful host and offered a traditionally cooked meal during my stay. I was sorry to only stay one night as it was very peaceful and relaxing, it would have been nice to stay longer.
