The owner is the very polite and friendly man. We wanted to rent a car and Saud (owner) arranged it for as easily, moreover give us a very good price and fast new car (18 000 km) we received a car the same day we arrived in a couple of hours. Due to our requirements Saud bought the new hair dryer immediately. The situation of the apartment fit us perfectly. We were near to the gulf and the same time not in the center of city. Several shopping centers 5-8 km away. Our stay in Muscat was interesting and stunning. I would strongly recommended to use this appartments as the location.

Take the half board, so you don’t need to think about where you'll eat (no restaurant nearby). It is a good value for money. Breakfast was awesome and they have themed dinners (one was served outside in the garden). We had 1 room and both kids sleeped on the sofa just fine.

We received a room upgrade with a beautifull sea view and for my birthday they prepared a very nice chocolate cake in the room. The restaurants are all delicious. But the best is for sure the access to the beach with the possibility to make a fantastic sunset walk. The whole Hotel Team was very friendly!
