I expected less when I saw it had only 2 stars. It looks more like a 4 star hotel. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It is clean, big room and has a pool and gym. If you stay here, definitely have a diner at Al Wazzan or order a breakfast for in the room.

The accommodation is a two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment in a residential & commercial building on the 4th floor. The apartment has been partially renovated. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and helpful. It is located between the centre of Nizwa and the new commercial area of the town, ideal for exploring Nizwa and surroundings. The bedrooms have new furnishings but the mattresses are Omani style hard, so we slept on the blankets to soften them. At the time of our stay there were no table and chairs in the apartment and we ate seating on the floor in the living room, using the low coffee table. We parked our car in front of the building but there is also a very large parking space at the back of the building.

the location was in the middle of the Nizwa Alaqur area, easily reached by foot. The CEO was always welcoming, ready to help in suggestions, and provided us with constant water, coffee, dates, and tea. He even provided us with a small gift after checking out. Staff were very friendly and nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is spotless, with a fantastic location that’s close to everything (3-5 mins walk to Nizwa Fort, Souq and restaurants), yet still peaceful, almost like being in the outskirts. The hotel itself is nearly brand new, with high-quality amenities throughout, with free parking. It’s one of the best places we’ve stayed, and at such a reasonable price. The owner is kind and attentive, offering us great advice on exploring Nizwa. Highly recommend!
