We had the place to ourselves so relaxed straight into the tranquil setting. The bed was very comfortable. The open-air kitchen area above the bungalow had fabulous views and was well maintained. Best of all, the pool was fabulous and we used it frequently to cool down from the heat. The gardens also are very well maintained and have plenty of fruit trees (papaya, passion fruit, etc). There were plenty of birds that came to visit. It is about 1km from the centre of Maharepa, where there are restaurants, shops, etc. which can be very hot to walk in the day and dark to walk back at night, but we managed without too much of a problem. There is a supermarket about 150m from the property which was well stocked - the fresh tuna was amazing value. The host, Laurent, was very helpful and kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at villa sunrise moorea. The two hosts are very welcoming and take great care of their guests' needs. Everything is extremely clean, modern and lovingly furnished. The communal kitchen was very practical as there are not many places to eat nearby. Therefore, we definitely recommend a scooter or a car. The pool and the terrace overlooking the lagoon were an absolute highlight of our trip. Almost like being in an overwater bungalow :-) Many thanks for everything. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

This was our first stay on Moorea. We were in awe when we walked in. It was difficult to find at first, but once there, we traveled the island on scooter and found our way easily. The view was spectacular, with sunrise from the bed or balcony each morning. Private beach not really good for snorkeling, but easy to get to Temae beach. We did not get breakfast as did some other reviewers, but that was not a problem. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor bathroom was perfect! Frederique was friendly. Eat at Motu Grill next door. It is fantastic!

The friendly and helpful hosts and the location of our stay was most memorable. Our place is located high up in the hill overlooking the views of the beach front and ocean. We will definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Moorea.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at this property in Moorea! Its proximity to the beach is unbeatable—just steps away from the sand and sea, making it incredibly convenient for beach days. The property is new, modern, and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces. I like living here very much. The house is new, well-planned and practical. The kitchen facilities are relatively complete and the air-conditioning is sufficient. It is a good choice for a seaside vacation. The landlord is very enthusiastic and helpful.
