We stayed at this property for one night to catch our early morning ferry to Surigao, and it was absolutely worth it. The location is perfect—conveniently close to everything, including restaurants, shops, the boulevard, and the ferry port. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful. By a happy coincidence, we arrived during a festival, and to our delight, they prepared a special dinner for us! We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely return on our next trip.

I stayed at Iao Hotel in Siargao for one night with my family, and it was a good experience. We booked a Deluxe Room for two adults and a child. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. The location was also convenient, close to places we wanted to visit but still quiet. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, simple place to stay in Siargao.

Easy to find as it was just off main road. Dante was very nice and helpful. Our flight arrived early morning and we could arrange an early morning check in for a fee (7am). The appartement was larger than the photos.

The owners as well as the staffs were polite, heartwarming and thoughtful people. The place is exceptionally clean and the ambiance of the whole property is very relaxing and quite, ideal for those who needs a place to relax. The room is huge and comfortable with all the basic necessities for comfort. We will definitely go back to Casa Basa. 🙂

We stayed at Alcove Verde in Siargao for 6 days and 5 nights, and it truly felt like a home away from home, but in paradise! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The place is tucked away just enough to feel private and peaceful, yet still accessible to nearby attractions and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a mix of tropical charm and modern comfort. We especially loved waking up to the sound of birds and relaxing in the cozy outdoor seating area. The entire property is well-maintained and full of lush greenery, which adds to its relaxing vibe. A huge plus: they recently installed solar panels, so there were no worries about power interruptions (which can happen on the island). That peace of mind was a game-changer. On top of that, the internet was fast and reliable, perfect for staying connected or even getting a bit of work done if needed. The staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful, and always ready with local tips or help arranging activities like island hopping or motorbike rentals. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Whether you're a couple, a group of friends, or even traveling solo, Alcove Verde is a perfect base for exploring Siargao. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We'll definitely be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a wonderful time at this spacious homestay with a beautiful garden setting. The property is incredibly quiet and comfortable with clean, well-maintained rooms - perfect for relaxing after busy days exploring the island. Really appreciated the affordable drinks (beer and soda at great prices) and the modern touch of having TV with Google Chromecast in every room. Great value for money and such a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in Siargao. Will definitely be back!

NINA!!!! She is amazing! We have travelled for 4 months now and have never met such a kind and helpful member of staff as much as Nina was! She went above and beyond, planning tours, surfing, tips on places to eat, places to visit, even recommended us hotels in the area as they were fully booked. She even continued to message us on WhatsApp and help us even when we weren’t staying there anymore! She is a wonderful person and the world needs more Nina’s! What a beautiful soul :) Also Secret Spot is a lovely hotel! The room was huge, clean, they provided you with eye mask, ear plugs and a plug in bug repellent! It’s just a lovely vibe! The dog and cat are super friendly! I’ll miss those 2 furbabies! Char & Liam
