The owners are right there in the next house so whenever anything is needed they are ready to help. Great couple! The place is completely new and it’s so well taken care of, it’s very nicely done and maintained house. Great location if you have a car, it’s not long drive from any place that you would like to view in the area. Not much neighbours around, really quiet. Jacuzzi was nice, we had a little issue with it and the owners tried to solve it right away! I can 100% recommend this house for a couple, group of friends or a small family 😊

Big comfortable rooms with high standard. Feels like a 4-star hotel. Great amount of equipment for childrens entertainment with trampoline and small park with very nice view. We enjoyed a lot hot tub outside.

We absolutely loved this apartment! The location was perfect, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable and spotless. We particularly appreciated extra facilities like the sun terrace and the game room for kids. The management was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing our questions promptly. A welcome basket and bottle of wine was a nice thoughtful touch too. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live while holidaying in Zakopane.

    Very clean, cosy and really warm. The house is located on the hill in small village. All necessary amendments provided. Beautiful view looking over mountains. The host was very helpful in explaining how to get around local roads and parking spots to avoid traffic and queues in Zakopane and Gubalowka areas. Also suggested preferred thermal water sources and skiing spots. Few local shops are within 5min drive. WiFi connection and password was provided.
