The apartment has clearly just been renovated and on the third floor. The kitchen was stocked with basics like tea, coffee, oil and even pasta. It was clean, spacious and warm (heating must be on a timer as it was warm on arrival and also in the morning). The sofa is huge and so comfortable (I almost fell asleep on it), the bed is ok. There is a small supermarket across the road as well as a café/restaurant on the corner – Rybka U Jagody where the food is delicious, so you must visit before you leave. I flew into Katowice and it took 1.5 hours and two buses to get to the apartment, and as it was off the main road, quite easy to find. I went to Zalew Leg parkrun which was close enough to walk. I would definitely stay again.

Very easy to find. Well located close to the center of Katowice. The breakfast was excellent, with many homemade things. Very delicious. The room was great. Safe parking for my motorbike. It is a new build hotel and opened in dec 2023.

We liked everything about this very special apartment in the Polish city of Katowice. It is modern and stylish, tastefully furnished, and stacked with extra features for the benefit of guests. We are part way through our 10 week train trip through Europe and the UK, and have booked our accommodation (mostly apartments) through Booking.com The railway station is a short walk away, which suited us. Without a doubt this has been the very best and the nicest apartment we have stayed in so far. Anna, the owner, communicated very well before, during, and after our brief 2 night stay. There was an issue with the hot water, and Anna responded very prompty to sort this out. The apartment is spacious with a separate large bedroom, very comfortable lounge, stylish modern bathroom, plus a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a laundry. The apartment had so many extras that are not normally provided, it is obvious that Anna really wants her guests to enjoy their stay - and we certainly did. There is a large balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view of Katowice, although the weather was not suitable during our stay. Without any hesitation we definitely recommend Anna's apartment if you are planning a visit to Katowice.
