We used it for an overnight stay on our way to Greece. The apartment was clean, fully equipped. We checked in after 3pm - the bed was ready, but the sofa for sleeping was not. The hosts assumed that we would spend some more time together in the living room, but we were tired after driving all night and wanted to go to bed right away. Upon request, they immediately made the sofa for us. If you also plan to use the sofa to sleep in earlier hours, I recommend to include your request in the note. The whole building, including the interior layout, looks funny from an architectural point of view, like when children build Legos (in fact, like other wildly built houses in the Balkans), but it completely fulfills its purpose. A big advantage is parking in the lockable yard.

Great place to stay in Paraćin. A new apartment with a comfortable bed and a big couch, fully equipped with everything you need, especially air conditioning. Located just a 3 minute walk from the swimming pools at Hotel Prestige and a 5 minute walk from the center with many cafés and restaurants. At the local market, you bought fresh vegetables and fruits, cheeses, fried fish, local spirits, and honey. Good contact with the owners, who provided me with a local guide to the area.
