Brand new, super clean and bright hotel. We booked it for two nights, and it is a great base for exploring the stunning Slovenian coast, as it also has a parking space included. The TV in the room was huge, a big plus if you want to relax with some shows in the evening. When we arrived, there was a mistake with migrating bookings' data between systems since the hotel switched them in the meantime of our booking and arrival (we booked three months early). As a result, we could not have the room for the first night due to full capacity. We would like to commend the professionalism of the front desk as they immediately arranged for us a room in a different hotel of a much higher class, in the old town right next to the marina. We were happy with this arrangement, and it was as pleasurable to stay the other night back in Capris as well. Thank you!

This is a very cosy and clean accomodation.The hosts are friendly and helpful.It is a quiet area,major shops,bus station is close by.The local beach is 10 minutes by car and 40 minutes on foot.The kitchen is well equipped.We got everything we needed and more - detergent, shower gel, milk, local wine.This is a perfect accomodation,to spend your holiday.

We stayed here for two nights and the place was absolutely lovely. The room was "hotel" like, clean and comfortable, with a large terrace and a wonderful view on the valley and Koper. David was an amazing host, available and he will not hesitate to give you pieces of advise of what has to be seen around.

Everything. It is beautiful apartment in the center of the Koper old town. 5 minutes by walk to the sea. The owner is very nice guy and helpful. We had free parking 3 minutes by walk from apartment. Owner recommend us perfect restaurants (Stella Maris for dinner, Kavarna Titov for breakfast).

Absolutely amazing! This place exceeded all our expectations – spotlessly clean like in a disinfectant commercial, fully equipped like in an American movie (yes, there’s even an American coffee maker!), and the terrace... oh, that terrace! Breakfast with a sea view? Yes, please. And if it rains? No worries – you can watch the marina through the big French window from the comfort of your bed, feeling like you're in a romantic film. The location? TOP! Just a 10-minute walk to the center of Koper, perfect even for the lazy ones. Parking? No problem at all, even with our big car and during the busy carnival weekend – we considered that almost a miracle. The host, Vesna, is simply wonderful! Super kind, helpful, and always willing to assist – this is exactly how perfect guest care should look. Nothing was ever an issue. Another bonus? There’s a shop and a café just a minute away, so you can grab fresh pastries and enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace with zero effort. In short – 10 out of 10, highly recommended, and when we're back in Europe, this is where we’re staying again! Thank you, Vesna!

    Initially, we were a bit scared due to the lack of reviews for the accommodation. However, we soon discovered that we were the first guests, as the property is brand new. Despite a few finishing touches still needed, our stay was withou any problem. The amenities were sufficient, and the location was ideal. Additionally, the owner Blaz was incredibly helpful and consistently friendly throughout our stay.

    The room is nice and large with a balcony. Big and comfortable bed, nice furniture, very clean. The coffee machine in the hallway is a great option that guests can use for free. In the morning the host provide a croassan. The location is ideal if you stay with car. Parking is in front of the house. Personnel were very friendly and kind. We forgot a watch in the room, and they sent it to our home address immediately after contacting us.
