Clean studio apartment with a cozy balcony. Had everything we needed for a nice rest on our bike trip: shower, small kitchen, washing machine and a comfy bed. The kitchen had spices and dishes for cooking a simple meal, and we could get a cold beer or a bottle of wine at the reception.

It feels like being in Tuscany—yet it can’t be, this is Slovenia! In the heart of the Brda region, between Dobrovo and Medana, we found this accommodation. By the time we arrive, we’re already going from one amazement to the next—the road takes us through stunning countryside. We reach the given address and park in front of an almost new, very sophisticated building. The room is excellent: clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Right outside our door stands a magnificent olive tree, and the view is simply fantastic. Breakfast is served by Jacob, the owner himself, at a table that makes us feel as though we’ve stepped into a five-star hotel. And as a farewell after breakfast, Jacob even gave us a beautiful flower! Many thanks for everything—we’ll definitely be staying here again next time!

The hostel looks very clean and comfortable. Location wise, it is a bit far away from the center (30 minutes walk from the bus station) but it is very close to the Solkan River if you’re going for a hike or cycling if you’re into that. The self serving instructions to the hostel were clear as well.

Everything was just spectacular. The view from the balcony was very special. Sitting out on the balcony with a glass of wine overlooking the vineyards was good for the soul. The hosts were such warm and lovely people. They were so incredibly helpful when our rental car had an issue. Did everything they possibly could to help us. An incredible experience 😎

My mum and I stayed just for one night but We had a wonderful stay and we would come back anytime! The host and service has been amazing and really welcoming. Also we recommend to eat in the restaurant, the food is really good and so is the service, super kind! We loved it! thank you so much :)

    Me and my wife have had a great time Pri Bregarju. Tereza was wonderful, great host, taking care of everything. The room was very very clean, comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, made with love. We will come back soon:).

    It was a very peaceful and a picturesque location. Amazing. Rooms were tastefully designed. The lady who accepted us was extremely friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast was homely with a lot of variety. We enjoyed our stay very much and I would recommend it.

    Location is great, close to everything, with nice views that you can enjoy while eating a slovenian, home-made breakfast. You can also enjoy their locally produced wines. The room we stayed in - Alojz - was nicely decorated, spacious, clean and had the basic amenities. All in all, very much recommended.
