We had an amazing stay at this wonderful place right next to the castle. The apartment is huge, offering plenty of space and a very well-matched set of amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Interesting set up within the art gallery. Good tavern downstairs (drinks only). Lovely view from the windows over the valley. Our purpose was to visit a brown bear hide and it is just across the road from the national parks office, so that was excellent.

The whole house was really beautiful, clean and calm. Comfortable matress. Colors in the interior perfectly matched, looked exactly like in the pictures. Very kind host. Parking in front of the door. Just be careful at the stairs to the first floor, they are very steep. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace. Near the house there are many sights as Sneznik castle, Krizna caves and Cerknica lake.

A beautifully designed little cabin, clearly very new. Perfectly equipped, with the most gorgeous outside space! We were most blown away by the cleanliness of the place however - it was absolutely spotless.

    Great location in a beautiful, sleepy part of Slovenia. Amazing bear watching nearby and trips to Cerknica Lake in easy reach. Clean and simple room and friendly staff.

    Immedietaly welcomed by our hosts and their lovely dog! Had a great conversation and learned a lot about Slovenia while our dogs played together. The house has everything you need and is priced very cheaply. 30min walk to Sneznik Castle if you take the detour via Smarata (highly recommended).

    A good location, clean and comfortable. Small bathroom and shower but good value for money. There was a good choice of breakfast stuff and frozen pizzas and lasagne in the freezer, we had a couple of pizzas as we were travelling on bicycles and didn't really want to cycle back to the town. It was a good pizza too at a reasonable price. The staff were not around at check-in but the online process went very smoothly, we soon the manager at breakfast and she was very helpful.

    The apartment is hosted by a wonderful and helping lady. It was spotless clean and provided with everything you would need for a 3-4 days visit. Comfortable beds, sufficient pots and utensils for cooking your own meals, huge TV with Netflix!. The hostess even gave us honey from her own bees! The location is sufficiently close to Ljubliana and the caves. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
