There isn't anything to not love. The room was clean, comfortable , cozy and it was equipped with everything I needed and more. Would I stay again? Of course, I don't think anyone can beat Wendy's standards. Found me a new hide out spot. It's very secure and as a solo female traveler I felt safe. The breakfast was delivered on time, nice and hot but most importantly it was delicious. This is the perfect place to spend your birthday. Wendy made my birthday special. Thank you Wendy 😊 😍💕

The property was well maintained, extremely comfortable, safe and also well stocked with basic necessities which was quite convenient for my friends and I. The greatest and most outstanding aspect of our stay at "Mountain Palace" was undoubtedly the warm hospitality extended by the hosts, Asha and Haresh. Their hospitality exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, largely due to their warm welcome. They fully shared their private home with us, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. Asha and Haresh were incredibly helpful in arranging transportation, always ready to provide tips and suggestions. Additionally, they arranged airport pickup for us, which greatly facilitated our arrival. Their knowledge of Trinidad and the 2024 carnival was invaluable - thanks to them, we were able to fully enjoy our stay and the events on the island. I highly recommend "Mountain Palace" to anyone looking for not only comfortable accommodation but also an unforgettable experience thanks to the hospitality and care of the hosts.

Everything was perfect. There were a lot of things in this spacious apartment that would not even come to mind. There was literally everything, and even more. We liked it so much that we came here again. Without any problems agreed on everything with the owner. The apartment has a lot of space inside. Clean towels, bed linen. Cooking area, dining area, laundry and ironing area. We didn't even have to buy washing powder. The owner kindly put bottles of water in the fridge. Also, there is tea and coffee, as well as sugar and salt. A wide range of crockery and kitchen utensils. There is even a work desk in the bedroom, which was just right, since I worked a lot. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Trincity is perhaps one of the safest and most prosperous areas in Trinidad. I recommend travelers to stay in this zone. Nearby there is everything you need, and also is a huge mall.

    I would be foolish to give anything other than 10 stars! Arlene and her family were exceptional from start to finish. The room was nice, very clean, nice pool downstairs and a healthy, delicious breakfast EVERY morning! I stayed there for almost a week and enjoyed every second. Arlene did an exceptional job as a host and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Would I stay here again…ABSOLUTELY!

    The hospitality, location and accommodations were very warm and inviting. A true getaway oasis. A calm environment to unwind and relax. Customer service through and through.     Arlene and her family were very welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. The property had a small pool and was in a gated community, so it felt very safe. The apartment was lovely, very clean, and had all the amenities needed. Breakfast was delicious. I had a fantastic time with fantastic hosts, and would highly recommend The Valley Oasis Inn as a nice relaxing place to stay.

    I so enjoyed my stay at this peaceful safe tranquil location. The owner Arlene and her sons know how to welcome and keep their guests happy. We were warmly welcomed with open arms, her cooking and baking skills are top notch 👌. The swimming pool is a big plus for this cosy place, the views from the balcony are breath taking topped off by the fresh mountain breeze. Everyone should experience this type of living once in their lifetime. Congratulations Arlene and son's
