Very easy to communicate with the host, good instructions and overall no complains! We started only for one night and the host ordered us a taxi to the airport in the early morning. Clean rooms with clean towels and bedsheets, good shower. I would definitely recommend!

I speak very little Mandarin as I am here to study, but the staff were so lovely and accommodating! they helped me book a taxi after check-out and had great options for breakfast. Room was exactly like the photos and everything worked properly. Amenities nearby are great, if you’re landing at TPE and need a place to stay I highly recommend it!!

Excellent location for the airport, very professional and friendly staff ( organised our taxi for the next morning, we felt well looked after)! Thank you to the host for taking care of me. This hostel is located near the airport, making it very convenient to get to. It's clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you need, including food and drinks that guests can serve themselves. There are also bicycles that guests can borrow to use nearby. The bus stop for the airport is right in front of the hostel, just a few meters away. When coming from the airport, you can get off the bus on the opposite side and cross the street to the hostel. It's also very convenient for getting back to the airport quickly from the bus stop in front of the hostel. The host was kind and helpful, even after I had checked out. Upon arrival, I took a taxi. At check-out, I followed Google Maps' wrong instructions to cross the street and catch the bus on the other side, which was the direction to Taipei. After walking quite a distance, about 1 km, I was having trouble finding the bus stop. The host noticed me and crossed the street to follow me. He told me I was going the wrong way and helped me cross back to the bus stop in front of the hostel. When the bus arrived, he helped me communicate with the driver in Chinese, telling him which terminal I was going to and how much to pay for my baggages. I am impress for the host's assistance.
