The staff/owners were lovely and very helpful. I arrived just in time for a typhoon so we all ended up having to stay inside. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, made sure we were comfortable/safe and even brought food in for us. The rooftop common area is great. Beds are much bigger than anywhere else and the rooms are clean. Bus stop and shops are less than a 5min walk. Bike rental is next door. Couldnt have been in a better place 😀

Fantastic new hotel! Nice balcony, great bathroom with bath with a view over sun moon lake! Everything is in the room. Coffee, tea, water and even earplugs! Totally western comfort! Tip: the rooms on the A side have the best view over the sun moon lake!

It's an amazing and beautiful place in the forest, everything feels new and very clean. The homeowner is lovely and provides you with everything you need, even a great kitchen that you can cook in. You have to have a car to get there, and the place isn't close to the town, so you will have to drive to get food or buy groceries and cook by yourself, which for us was a great experience.

It was like staying in harry potter castle. Photos looked gorgeous. Complementary afternoon high tea and mini bar and breakfast were great too. We had the tree house and it was really big, and the bathtub was amazing. All was great except for the slide and bugs.

Perfect little hidden gem, close enough to Ita Thao town (10 min walk) but in a quiet area for you to fully enjoy nature. Our hosts were just wonderful and so hospitable. Would definitely stay here again on the next trip.
