This hotel is by far the best that I have been to in a long time. It gives 5 star services. Dalton and Vincent gave me a very good customer care. This place has an excellent city view at the rooftop where you can relax and the soft music was just amazing...

Everything was perfect from the day I checked in till the end of my stay. Breakfast was delicious, wifi was good and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The hostel was clean and neat. I would recommend Ubuntu Hivve Hostel for anyone who is visiting Kampala.

We arrived here after a disastrous journey from Kenya as the car we rented kept breaking and the guy was refusing to repair it. The owner of this residence saved us. He took charge of all communications with the car owner, got the car to the mechanic to fix it and made the car owner pay for that. He kept us informed the whole time and reassured us at such a stressful time. The apartment is big and comfortable, with great hot water in the shower. Very safe as there is 24 hours security at the gate! Would definitely recommend it, great value for money and great host! Internet worked well as well. There is no air-con so can get a bit hot at night but just open the window and the breeze will come through

The food was great ,customer service was excellent. The surrounding was romantic and ideal for pictures.we were at the resort for our wedding Anniversary which went very well ,everyone made us feel like royalty especially Kenneth.Right from beach house,Alfred rendered exceptional service,to the boat man to the receptionists, Andrew and all other staff we werent able to remember names,not forgetting kenneth that was keen to every detail and made our stay very smooth and memorable....we can boldly say we felt the vale for money and will come again.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The host was quick to respond and friendly . Service at the property was extremely good.. It's a walking distance from Acacia mall.. Breakfast was delicious. Internet was fast.. I would definitely go back when I visit Kampala.
