Very clean and spacious unit. Staff was extremely friendly, especially Asia the receptionist. Location is excellent and near multiple supermarkets and shopping areas.

The hotel is brand new, just open in a former office building. Our suite was extremely big and comfortable, warm and clean! Hot breakfast included. Staff very kind and welcoming. The location perfect. We had a fantastic stay!

Very central in West Chester. Lovely comfortable beds and bathrooms were beautifully decorated. Hairdryer that actually dried your hair. Amazing fish restaurant with fabulous menu and friendly staff. Carpark next door with special rates for guests. Will definitely be back.
