We really loved how spacious and comfortable the apartment was. There was plenty of space for a family with teens to spread out. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Annie and her team were very attentive, even bringing us cookies when we arrived. Location-wise we enjoyed being in Sugar Hill /Hamilton Heights. Right near the subway for going downtown, but with Annie's guide for local eating spots we were able to go and explore the area. We recommend Harlem Public for burgers and beer.

Great contact with the owner! Binyomin was very helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. The apartment is super equipped. I really appreciated things like spices, washing liquid, make up remover wipes, dental floss picks and many more! You can see that the owner puts his heart into this place.

The only thing I disliked was that I didn’t have more time to explore the area and take in the spectacular city views! My room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Check in was seamless and hassle free, and catching a bus into the city was a breeze! I really appreciated the host’s thoughtfulness in leaving a basket of snacks and water. And there’s nothing like a clean bathroom in a shared space. An all around fantastic experience. Thank you!

Just perfect! A spacious and beautifully decorated home from home to rest after busy days in NYC. So quick and easy to connect to Midtown Manhattan (by bus in 15 mins, by ferry with gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline, or around $50 by uber). Nice hotel in New Jersey, 20 minutes drive from New York. Across from the hotel is a bus stop 320 that will take you to New York City. We took a two-bedroom suite for $450 for 2 nights. If you take such a hotel in New York, you have to pay more than $1000. Very quiet neighbourhood, no traffic jams. It's all green. Close to Starbucks and several restaurants. A 10 minute drive away is the American Dream Mall, a super place to shop. Taxi will take you for $12-$15. Good breakfast. In a word, definitely recommended
