Incredible staff! Everyone was super friendly and helpful with anything and everything we needed. There was a slight issue with our first room and they immediately switched us to another room. They helped suggest great places to eat and were generally happy and friendly — which was not the norm for our Uzbek trip. We stayed at the Intercontinental tashkent and the staff here was on par with the staff there. Super happy with this place and the highly trained staff we interacted with from the reception to restaurant.
