Friendly staff. Free pickup from the train station and free drop off. Free drop and pick-up from the kalta. No matter how many times they provided free transportation. Beautiful breakfasts with varieties and tasty food. I am a world traveller and Qibla Tozabog tops the lost. Very clean rooms.

We booked the Anor Qal'a,but it was being refurbished so they transferred us across the street to the Bibihojar Hotel. It was great. Manager Ahkror, clerk Doniyor, & assistant Dinora were helpful & attentive, with good English spoken. Breakfast was fresh & tasty. Definitely a great place to stay, with a really good restaurant, Khiva Moon, literally 3 minutes walk around the corner-( turn right out of the lobby, in the opposite direction from the route out to the main street with the bank on the corner).

My (now) fiance organised a romantic surprise dinner for us on the hotel’s roof top where we got engaged in the sunset and with view of beautiful Khiva. The staff went above and beyond to help him make it happen: Organised flowers, Champaign, set up the table etc. It was a magical evening and we cannot thank the staff and the management enough!
