When it comes to memorable getaways, my recent stay at the hotel exceeded all expectations and left an indelible mark on my heart. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was met with a level of hospitality that instantly put me at ease. The first thing that struck me was the hotel's immaculate ambiance. The lobby was beautifully adorned, showcasing a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and classic charm. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist, setting the tone for the entire stay. I was greeted by a scene of absolute comfort and elegance upon entering my room. I booked one room with one bed, but instead, the owner gave me a bigger room with very big comfortable beds. We stayed there only for two nights. On our last day, we needed to check out from the room in the morning but were allowed to stay in the backyard of the hotel and use the pool until the evening because we had a train at that time. I had a free lesson on how to drive the motorbike provided by I suppose one of the owners of the hotel, for which I was very thankful. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional service. The staff's dedication to ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect was evident throughout my visit. I will recommend this place always for staying.

A very comfortable and pleasant homestay in Hue! The staff and family who run the homestay are especially kind and friendly, and were very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast is good and the location is close to plenty of good restaurants and bars yet still nice and quiet because of it's location tucked away down an alley. I'd definitely stay again if I return to Hue!

The Customer Service Experience was exceptional, with special mention to Ms. Thien (aka Ms. Sky). She was so welcoming, immediately rushing out to open the door the moment my wife and I was in sight. At the reception we were served a welcome drink during registration. We were totally bowled over by her reception. Ms. Thien again displayed her impeccable customer service when due to a miscommunication, an additional breakfast charge was billed to our hotel bill which I didn't notice until we were well on our journey to Danang. As we had trouble contacting the hotel with our mobile, we engaged the assistance of the reception at the hotel that we stayed in Danang to assist us. Coincidentally, Ms. Thien answered the call and according to my wife, she kept apologising for the error and the matter was subsequently resolved very quickly. The refund was made to us through the hotel in Danang on the very same night. We were really impressed by the speed the matter was resolved together with the refund. Thumbs up to Ms. Thien and The Scarlett Boutique Hotel for exceptional customer service. The hotel is well located within walking distance of Perfume River, Hue Imperial Palace and the entertainment and food & beverage hub without the criwds and noise. The room we stayed in, The Rhett Room, was spacious enough for 2 persons, the decor was very beautiful and pleasing, the bed very comfortable, the room very clean and the bathroom very well stocked with essentials beautifully packed and even has a vanity mirror. Water pressure is strong and for those who loves hot showers, you will not be disappointed. There was a complimentary fruits platter for our 2 nights stay at the hotel which we really appreciate. We later found out that this was the only hotel that provided a complimentary fruits platter out of the 3 hotels that we stayed in during our visit to Vietnam. We had breakfast at the hotel on the morning of our departure and the food was really delicious.

The bed was very comfortable, room was nice, clean and well kept. The air-conditioning unit was relatively new and worked well. Hot water was plentiful. Cleaners were friendly and we always had fresh towels and water etc. The location is pretty good, close to the walking streets and the citadel and also its quiet, which is a rarity in Vietnam! The breakfast is good (although I didn't always make it down zzzz), they have a menu of different options, which will definitely get you ready for the day. Omelettes, fried rice and things like that. They have a lounge, I ordered food from the Grab app a few times and ate there, pretty handy! Last but not least, the staff....so so nice and friendly. They were so welcoming and accommodating. Thanks Tony, wish you all the best bro 🙏
