The spacious and ultra luxurious rooms (which were well equipped and quiet) and the serene yet central location made us wish we booked a longer stay. Stunning location to explore the many activities and experiences that the town of Hoedspruit and surrounding area has to offer. Little shops, restaurants and of course the Greater Kruger are right on your doorstep. We were warmly greeted and the helpful and friendly staff assisted us in planning and arranging everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

I was in MILIMA with my boyfriend , Keelan. We love everything about MILIMA. The food, the staff, the game drives with Sidney.. We saw the big five! If you’re looking at this review, book this accommodation! You will stay in a beautifully designed intimate lodge that is spotless and clean, with hosts that are true masters of hospitality. Every detail is considered with care, everything you need will be handled. For the price they far exceeded our expectations. You will receive 5+ star service, incredible food, and (if you wish) great conversation. We will personally tell anyone we know coming to the area to stay here. Spent 5 nights at this fabulous lodge. We did a number of full day or half day activities which the proprietor helped to arrange for us and every detail was worked out, ensuring all we had to do was relax and be wowed. Returning to the luxury of the lodge and cooling off in the pool and the stunning grounds was a perfect way to finish off those days. We supplemented the chilling out process with drinks from the expertly curated selection of fine South African wines or beers, spirits and soft drinks. The interior of the lodge and the private suite could only be described as luxurious opulence furnished with many beautiful African artefacts. And as if all of that is not enough we enjoyed ample beautifully prepared and presented breakfasts. We were also privileged to play host to families of nyalas and warthogs who visited the area just outside our bedroom window and patio doors to feast on fallen amarula fruits. Wow wow wow !!!

It was wonderful! Such a nice place. They really did a great job. We had a great movie night with popcorn and chocolate. All the food was so delicious We did an adventure game drive and saw a lot of animals. The sunset tour with drinks and snacks was also magnificent Octavia was so kind. She think of everything

We loved our stay at rukiya camp! All of the staff was so genuinely friendly and helpful and our guides (Dris and Conright) were the absolute best safari guides we met during our SA trip! their knowledge was unbelievable and they explained everything to us, it was just perfect! As the reserve the camp is on does not have the big 5 itself, you drive to a different reserve for the morning drive, which was a bit „annoying“ but is absolutely worth it!

    If you're looking for a place to hide and enjoy nature and wildlife, Geminthebush is the ideal location. We were treated very well by the staff and all the ladies were very friendly. In addition to breakfast, we also enjoyed dinner on some evenings, the mushrooms for breakfast (I need to know the secret spices used🙂) and braai on Saturday for dinner (oh that tasty source, I will come back for it) were delicious. I will definitely go back.

    Stunning location with a pristine setting. The spacious accommodations were impeccably clean and provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The pool was a delightful oasis, ideal for enjoying sunny summer days. The cozy couch was perfect for relaxing and unwinding while enjoying the available Netflix selection.
