My recent stay at Urban Elephant 16 Bree Street in Cape Town was absolutely fantastic. This modern, stylish apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service along with feeling very safe. The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Its central location on Bree Street made it easy to explore the vibrant city, with restaurants, bars, and attractions at V&A waterfront are just a short walk away. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding service provided by Kudra. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. I accidentally left my hat in the apartment upon checkout, and Kudra immediately took action. He communicated with me promptly and arranged for the hat to be left at reception so I could organize an Uber to collect it and bring it to the airport in time for my departure. This level of care and attention to detail made a lasting impression and highlighted the exceptional hospitality at Urban Elephant. Kudra’s professionalism and willingness to assist in every way made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Urban Elephant 16 Bree Street to anyone visiting Cape Town. With its stunning accommodations and top-notch service, this is a place I will definitely return to. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment looks even better than the pictures, it’s light and spacious. It was extremely clean! Location is perfect, with a Checkers, pharmacy, bakery and plenty of nice restaurants right outside. As you can see on the pic you can actually see Table Mountain from right outside the door (and even a little bit from the kitchen window). Abdul Aziz was very helpful and replied to any questions super quick. Check in- and out was easy with the instructions. We basically liked everything about this place!

Lovely colourfull place! Owners are really friendly and relaxt. We felt at home. At the end of the day we were looking forward to go back home, just to relax and enjoy the good admosphere! The location is perfect. It's a walking distance to the boulevard. Easy for Uber to get there, so i'd say 'if you go to CapeTown, go and stay at AmiVineHouse!'

The staff members are exceedingly friendly and attentive, readily offering assistance without prompting. Our security guard, in particular, exemplified humility and professionalism. 🙏🏻 Though parking is not available at the premises, we got lucky and managed to get a parking everyday next to the door of the apartment, and it was safe! We did visit Sam and his verry friendly team in four nights and we were verry satisified with everything, such high service, location, room, breakfast, pool etc. Its just 5 min walk to beach, and also verry near to jump on and off tourist buss, which we recommend to use every day. I would say its even nicer then the pictures. To be notified we payed for the larger room with own balconey
