It felt cozy and welcoming, but still elegant. Traveling alone can sometimes feel awkward, but here I felt completely at ease. The staff were genuinely kind — always helpful, never intrusive — and made me feel like more than just a guest. I spent my days swimming, walking along the shore, hiking nearby trails, and simply enjoying the stillness. This place gave me exactly what I needed: space to breathe, think, and just be. IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn is a family run hotel, situated on an elevation in the Ennstal valley in Styria, at the foot of the Grimming mountain massif. It is clear that there is very good management and they take care regarding their employees. The food is excellent, the breakfast is one of the best, which I ever had. The products are high quality and you can feel it. The dinner is also excellent, the service, everything.
