This hotel is a work of art, from the exterior to the interior. every spot is meticulously designed, preserved and cleaned. the Hotel smells nice wherever you go. there is a lovely lounge area to relax at next to reception in a beautiful historic room with a marble fireplace. we cheked in, and the staff decided to upgrade our room to a deluxe room with a marble fireplace. the room was PERFECT! Every little detail was thought through. the Location is great, walking diatance from all the shopping, restraunts, bars, historic center and museums. the breakfast was exquisite, well thought of high quality ingredients buffet with an option of a main breakfast dish from the kitchen. the Staff was very very helpfull, they did everything to give us answers, help us with planning our trip and they were kind enough to upgrade us, truly thankful for the experience.

Also we encountered a minor hiccup one night due to issues with the water pipes but the hotel's prompt response was impressive. They immediately sent a technician to resolve the problem and, as a gesture of goodwill, gifted us a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The attention is great and the rooms are so spacious, yet cosy somehow. The hotel's location is excellent, with a nearby park and the train station within easy walking distance. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this hotel for future visits and will seek out The Hoxton in any other city I explore.

I loved the room, all the amenities, and the pleasant scent in the reception area — and occasionally in the elevator as well. The staff were great!

A luxurious 5-star hotel in the heart of Brussels, this boutique hotel was refurbished in 2019 and offers guests a 24-hour gym with a sauna as well as air-conditioned rooms with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. It is a very nice hotel, with good localization, clean rooms and nice personnel.

The location was excellent, convenient for getting around Brussels and with great restaurants nearby, including a lovely Argentinian place we enjoyed.
