The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

All units have a balcony which overlooks the Red Sea, the pool, gardens, or Port Ghalib International Marina. Everything was good, the people working were nice and the pools and food was great. The safari was really worth it. The best activity out of everything.

You can snorkel and see wildlife as soon as you enter the water - this was amazing. The staff is excellent and very welcoming. Mohammed Kamel, iur manager, was very attentive with us and went out of his way to make our stay even more enoyable. Nice pools, some heated. The hotel exceeded our expectations and the service was really a gem.

Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The La Casa team really made us feel at home and met all of our needs. Karim is a great host and prepares a DELICIOUS breakfast! The manager is very responsive and helped us organize day trips and transfers even last minute. The rooms were huge and very clean. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of Marsa Alam (15 Min walk from the center). Nothing or no one around but we felt safe. Marsa Alam is a bit of a ghost town in general so don't expect much going on - a good chance to disconnect :)
