Nino, the front desk manager, was proficient, friendly and went far beyond the call of duty in helping me make the best of my stay. Others at the front desk that were helpful, kind and supportive were Ana, Alexandre and Sandro. Lana, a manager of the hotel, acted both quickly and effectively when my tv stopped working. Breakfast was superb, filled with fresh choices and accompanied by excellent staff. Luka was most appreciated. At lunch and dinner, David did a wonderful job in serving me by being attentive, friendly and well informed.. On other days, Zura, provided me with excellent service. Overall, my stay was a most positive experience so wonderfully enhanced by their magnificent staff.

The apartment is very modern, tastefully and cleanly furnished, the equipment is more than sufficient for 2 persons. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome bottle of wine, as well as the coffee machine with a supply of coffee. The hosts were in contact with us the whole time and ready to meet our needs. They arranged a rich breakfast for us, although we had not ordered it! We also thank them for arranging a transfer to the airport on the day of departure. Location of the apartment: within a few minutes you will reach the White Bridge and the Cable Car Station and within 15 minutes you can reach the city center. There are several original Georgian restaurants nearby. We would be definitely very glad to return to the Golden Palace.

We had two double rooms — one for me and my wife, the other for our daughter and mother-in-law — and everything went smoothly. The place is quiet and has an amazing view over the city — perfect to enjoy with a morning coffee or in the evening after a walk around Kutaisi. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can really feel the personal touch, which made the experience even better. Breakfasts were great — tasty, fresh, and a nice variety. It definitely helped us start our days in a good mood. All in all, it’s a lovely spot to stay in Kutaisi. Relaxed atmosphere, nice people, and a great view. We’d definitely stay here again!

We chose this chalet as it has an interesting location, very good ratings and a suitable price near the center of Kutaisi. Mamuka and Giorgi (owners of several chalets in this complex) were friendly and open to advice and to help us (we were welcomed with tea and coffee, one day we were booked into a restaurant). We felt like we were visiting our best friends who appreciated us very much. The great atmosphere from the owners is unbeatable. We stay in an average of 50 different hotels a year (both private villas, houses and 4*-5* hotels) and in most hotels the owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything out of the hotels bounds, with strained smiles and standard requests (this is normal). We felt like long awaited and valued guests at this hotel. Fully recommended, a magical experience and unbeatable value for money where quality is so much more.
